Our tours generally accommodate groups of 1 to 3 passengers per flight, depending on the specific aircraft and total weight.

Is there a weight limit for the tour?
Yes, for safety reasons, there is a combined weight limit for all passengers which typically averages around 500-550 pounds per flight. This ensures a safe and comfortable experience for everyone on board.

What is the minimum age requirement for a tour?
Children of all ages are welcome! However, children aged 3 years and older are required by the FAA to have their own seat and ticket for the tour.

Are headsets included in the tour?
Yes, aviation headsets are provided for every passenger. These allow you to communicate clearly with the pilot and other passengers so you can enjoy the expert commentary throughout your flight.

What if the weather is bad the day of my flight?
Your safety always comes first. If we have to cancel your flight due to weather or a mechanical issue, you will never be left without options: we'll either reschedule your flight at a time that works for you or issue a full refund (refunds will not be issued for gift certificates). No hassle, no fine print.
