At High Tide Aviation, we offer the latter choice because we understand that not everyone can put their life on hold for 4 or more years to realize their dream of becoming a pilot. We offer helicopter and airplane flight training for private pilot, commercial pilot, instrument rating, and certified flight instructor certificates.

We believe in being completely transparent about what to expect with our flight training instruction. You’ll be advised about the FAA requirements and costs, flight time hours for your intended flight training, and all related costs so that you can decide if you have the funds and the time to commit to this endeavor.

We operate numerous meticulously maintained aircraft to provide for optimal safety. We are able to provide training for all FAA ratings needed to become a professional pilot. The Cape Fear Regional Jetport is an uncontrolled airport, which greatly increases the efficiency of each training flight, as there is no control tower to impose time-consuming restrictions. In addition, we fly seven days a week to make it easy to fit in your flight training based on your schedule.
