Flight lessons can be incredibly rewarding, allowing you to learn the secrets behind flying an aircraft. You want to make sure you’re getting the most out of each one of your flight lessons, so you can become the best pilot you can be. Here are some tips for taking advantage of the time you have during your flight lessons.
- Be available. Learning to fly takes time, and you won’t be a master pilot after one session. Being willing to be available for several sessions is key to getting the most out of your flight lessons. A consistent schedule is ideal, but if your schedule is a little on the hectic side, we offer flight instruction 7 days a week, so you can find a day that works for you.
- Be prepared. Some prep work before each of your flight lessons sets you up for success. If your instructor gave you some reading or other instruction to complete prior to your lesson, make sure you get it done and understand the material. It’s also important to prepare your body by getting enough sleep beforehand and taking care of yourself.
- Be excited. Not everyone has the opportunity to take flight lessons, so make sure to show excitement and a desire to learn during your lessons. This allows you to take full advantage of your lessons by giving you a reason to show up each day.
